✦ I will only start the commission once payment is sent
✦ Please note, I will not accept a refundCLIENT
✦ As a Client you may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me✦I have the right to stream progress or upload works in progress to social
media. The Client agrees to specify in their application if they wish for any materials
or work to be hidden
✦ I have the right to display delivered materials in my portfolio unless confidentiality is requested for a certain period of timeCOMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT
✦ Live2D Animation commissions include a standard commercial license (usage on social media,
video, and streaming platforms)
✦ If a Client wish to use the commission for purposes outside the scope of the standard license, please contact me for further discussion
